The project is divided into two phases. The first phase was launched in September 2024 and comprises a modern apartment building with 16 units. The second phase is scheduled to start in March 2025. This phase will expand the project to include additional residential buildings.

BLOCK 12 is a completed apartment building in the Libuš district of Prague 12, near the future Metro D station. The project offers peaceful residential living with good local amenities and quick access to the city center.
The building comprises 39 residential units ranging from studio apartments to four-bedroom units, as well as two commercial spaces on the ground floor. The apartments were designed with an emphasis on well-thought-out layouts and the comfort of everyday living.

The project is located in the cadastral area of the town of Beroun, on land between Na Morákově and Vinařská streets. It is connected to the existing and new development of family and apartment houses. The distance by car to the centre of Beroun is 7 min. The project consists of 5 buildings of 84 residential units located on a common garage. The project includes basements and parking spaces in the communal garage under the building (102 spaces) and on the surface (44 spaces). The entire project is set in a partially sloping terrain that allows for panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
