Michelské údolí enters 2nd stage

The Michelské údolí residential project is entering a new phase. After the successful first stage, which offers 16 apartments in layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk and where the last available units are currently left, we are launching the sale of the second stage. The latter brings further diverse housing options including exclusive urban villas and again offers a wide range of layouts.

The first stage commenced in September 2024, house approval is planned for 2Q 2026 and handover of apartments for 3Q 2026. Thanks to the thoughtful design and high standard of workmanship, it quickly found its future owners. The second stage expands the project with 25 residential units and 3 urban villas, the architectural design of which naturally fits into the character of the surroundings. The villas and selected units also have spacious terraces with hot tubs, which add unique comfort to living.

Construction began in June 2025, building approval is planned for 2Q 2027 and handover of units for 3Q 2027. Together, the two stages create a harmonious connection between urban life and the proximity of nature, which makes the Michel Valley a promising place for quality living.
