New apartments in Building B expand HOYT Zenkova's offering

In the HOYT Zenkova project, we have launched the sale of residential units in building B. This brings all 58 apartments, offering prospective buyers a wider selection of layouts for both personal living and investment.

The newly available apartments offer layouts from 1+kk to 3+kk, thoughtfully designed spaces, loggias, balconies, or terraces, and selected units also feature views of the Prague panorama or orientation towards a quiet residential garden. Naturally, they boast an energy efficiency class A rating and a Loxone smart home system, ensuring intuitive control of selected household functions.

The HOYT Zenkova project is being developed in Prague's Libeň, a location with excellent transport accessibility and complete civic amenities. Construction is proceeding according to schedule, final inspection is planned for Q4 2027, and handover of apartments in Q1 2028.
